Hayden Regional Commerce Park:

This real estate project entails 187 acres next to the Yampa Valley Regional Airport in Hayden that has been successfully annexed and rezoned for the following uses: 50 acres of retail (large format allowed), 10 acres of gravel operation, 60 acres of light industrial uses, 17 acres of hotels and offices and about 50 acres of land that could be used for aviation related uses.
