HOTEL DEVELOPMENT

One of our main projects is the development of a hotel next to the Creek View Subdivision on the west side of Hayden.

Several economic drivers, such as the Yampa Valley Regional Airport, the Twenty Mile Coal Mine, the hunting & tourism industry and the newest developments in the energy extracting industry warrant the success of a hotel in Hayden now more than ever. To substantiate our hotel development plan, we had a Hotel Market Study conducted by HVS Consulting in 2010. The results of this study are very positive and do suggest that the development of a hotel in Hayden would be a succesfull enterprise.
